Clean = Boring ?

I am in detox.

I am cleaning myself from the inside out...

I am doing my best...and my best keeps getting better ( thank god)

Patricia Moreno ( satilife.com) whom I workout with a few times a week challenged us to eat cleaner, healthier and maybe even try a detox. So, like the good student I am, I took her que and I'm doing a DIY detox. I have choosen two weeks as my length of time. I have my colonic scheduled ( NOT DIY) and I'm off everything I love; coffee, wine and dairy. I even went to one of those crunchy stores today to get flax seeds, goji berries and raw cacao.

I'll keep you updated on my progress, but in the mean time...enjoy for me!

Patiently Awaiting Harlow

As I picked up BlackBook, as I do at times, I could not help but notice Nicole Richie channeling Lady Gaga on the cover. I could also not help but notice House of Harlow staring at me on all five fingers ( ok maybe 4).

While some of the pieces I think look a little Forever 21 Esque, I have added myself to the pre order list for these gold antique stackable rings...get a move on it Kitson, we are waiting.
